Tiger-Vac is pleased to present its new line of vacuum cleaners for cleaning ovens in domestic and industrial bakeries.
This unit ensures recovery without dispersion, as opposed to sweeping, the recovery of powdered flour which is the leading cause of respiratory allergies in bakeries. This unit ensures health and safety and allows for rapid, thorough and safe cleaning of these powders.

Stainless steel SAE 430 body and recovery tank. Contains a true HEPA Filter (H14) located upstream of the motor. 2 more HEPA filters (H14) are included within the powerhead making the powerhead elligible for IP6X. This unit is static dissipating and conductive (Category 3 - Zone 22 (Dust)) and can be used for general maintenance. This unit cannot be used to recover conductive or combustible dusts. With a powerful suction this unit is designed for industrial applications. All of our HEPA vacuum cleaners are Aerosol Leak Tested before leaving our facility.
High Efficiency Particulate Air Filter
A HEPA filter is a type of air filter, which means it filters the air coming in or out of the vacuum cleaner system. It can remove at least 99.99% of dust, pollen, mould, bacteria and any other airborn particles with a size of 0.3 micron or larger.
North-America: Each HEPA Filter has a minimum filtration efficiency of 99.99% on 0.3 micron. Tested as per IEST-RP-CC001.3 and OSHA compliant.
Europe: Each HEPA Filter has a minimum filtration efficiency of 99.995% on 0.3 micron, rated H14 as per EN 1822 by MPPS method.

This unit is cleanroom compatible and can be used in the phamaceutical industry when equipped with an optional stainless steel cart. This unit has been designed for applications where finely pulverized dust is to be recovered. This dry only unit contains a Manual Filter Shaker (MFS) system. Manual Filter Shaker System

The Manual Fitler Shaker system allows the operator to clean the main filter without having to open the vacuum cleaner. This shaker System reduces maintenance down time.
The Manual Filter Shaker System consists of a spring action mechanism operating directly onto the filter cage located inside of the filter chamber. The system is operated by pressing on the ergonomic handle located on the side or top of the filter chamber.
The Manual Filter Shaker dislodges the accumulated caked-on dust from the filter thus improving the filter’s performance.
The filter, along with the filter cage, can be easily removed from the filter chamber and washed with lukewarm water and mild detergents.
Explosion Proof Requirement
In order for Tiger-Vac to legally certify an Explosion Proof/Dust Ignition Proof vacuum cleaner system the unit must be static dissipative (SD*) and conductive and have a resistivity measuring less than 10 Ohms to any point on the vacuum cleaner system. This makes the unit eligible to be Explosion Proof/Dust Ignition Proof and be part of Tiger-Vac's quality control management system ISO 9001:2008.
When using a pneumatic Explosion Proof Vacuum Cleaner System the customer must make sure that the source of air supply (compressor) is grounded.
Detachable Recovery Tank
Many of our vacuum cleaners come equipped with a detachable tank for the easy disposal of recovered materials. Our detachable tanks range in size from 20 to 160 liters (5.28 gal to 42.25 gal) and are available in stainless steel or powder coated, with or without wheels for maneuverability.

- Les aspirateurs ATEX de catégorie 3 peuvent être utilisés dans les zones 22 en présence de farine mais ne peuvent pas être utilisés pour aspirer de la farine (Voir la définition de la zone 22 en Annexe I de la directive ATEX 1999/92/CE)
- Seuls les aspirateurs de catégorie 2 pour une utilisation dans les zones 21 et 22 peuvent être utilisés pour aspirer de la farine.
- En zone 22 les aspirateurs de catégorie 2 et / ou 3 peuvent être utilisés en fonction de l'utilisation que l'on souhaite en faire.
