Poussière combustible: Raffineries à sucre
Comme nous l'avons vu dans le passé avec l'explosion « Imperial Sugar », le sucre peut être très explosif, si les bonnes procédures d'entretien ménager et de stockage ne sont pas suivies. Tiger-Vac a développé une gamme d'aspirateurs antidéflagrants et à l'épreuve de l'inflammation des poussières conçu en vue de faciliter la récupération du sucre.

All stainless steel SAE 304 construction (except cart). Less than 10 Ohms of resistivity. This unit is equipped with a true HEPA (H14) Filter located downstream. This unit is cleanroom compatible and can be used in the pharmaceutical industry when equipped with an optional stainless steel cart. This unit has been designed for applications where finely pulverized dust is to be recovered. This dry only unit contains a Manual Reverse Purge ((MRP)) system. All of our HEPA vacuum cleaners are Aerosol Leak Tested before leaving our facility.
High Efficiency Particulate Air Filter
A HEPA filter is a type of air filter, which means it filters the air coming in or out of the vacuum cleaner system. It can remove at least 99.99% of dust, pollen, mould, bacteria and any other airborn particles with a size of 0.3 micron or larger.
North-America: Each HEPA Filter has a minimum filtration efficiency of 99.99% on 0.3 micron. Tested as per IEST-RP-CC001.3 and OSHA compliant.
Europe: Each HEPA Filter has a minimum filtration efficiency of 99.995% on 0.3 micron, rated H14 as per EN 1822 by MPPS method.

Manual Reverse Purge System
The Manual Reverse Purge (MRP) System allows the operator to not have to open the vacuum cleaner in order to clean the Cartridge. By opening the Reverse Purge Atmospheric Pressure Release Valve the Cartridge is automatically purged of dusts. This Purging System reduces maintenance down time.
The Manual Reverse Purge (MRP) works by :
1 - Closing the slider on the opening to block the suction intake orifice for approximately 5 seconds while the vacuum is running.
2 - Then quickly open Purge Valve. Air is now flowing via the valve through to the filter.
Keep Purge Valve open for 1-2 seconds then close (repeat above steps 2 or 3 times).
Reverse Purge System will cause dust to fall off of the filter.
Explosion Proof Requirement
In order for Tiger-Vac to legally certify an Explosion Proof/Dust Ignition Proof vacuum cleaner system the unit must be static dissipative (SD*) and conductive and have a resistivity measuring less than 10 Ohms to any point on the vacuum cleaner system. This makes the unit eligible to be Explosion Proof/Dust Ignition Proof and be part of Tiger-Vac's quality control management system ISO 9001:2008.
When using a pneumatic Explosion Proof Vacuum Cleaner System the customer must make sure that the source of air supply (compressor) is grounded.
Detachable Recovery Tank
Many of our vacuum cleaners come equipped with a detachable tank for the easy disposal of recovered materials. Our detachable tanks range in size from 20 to 160 liters (5.28 gal to 42.25 gal) and are available in stainless steel or powder coated, with or without wheels for maneuverability.
